Our Technology

Adult library members can book a computer in advance online or by phoning the library. If you are not yet a library member, please join online before making your booking, or phone the library to discuss your options. Bookings for children and young people under 16 must be made over the phone.

Library members must agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy, and guest users must show valid proof of name and address and complete and sign a Computer & Internet Users Agreement form when arriving for a booking. Children and young people under the age of 16 must have their form counter-signed by a parent or guardian.

Photocopying and printing facilities are available in all EDLC libraries.

* Please note that we can only accept cash payments and would appreciate the correct change where possible. Printing services are available until 15 minutes before closing time – check our opening hours.

A4 prints are 20p per black and white print, and 60p per colour print. A3 prints are 35p per black and white print, and £1.20 per colour print.

The Playlist for Life Soundtrack to your life booklet is a great resource for identifying meaningful songs from your past and keeping note of the ones that evoke positive reactions. To find out more, please visit the Playlist for Life page.
